• Hemodynamic characterization of intracranial vessels and aneurysms: uncertainty of hemodynamic parameters, stent-induced vessel deformation, fluid-structure interaction

• Numerical simulation of airflow in the human larynx: flow transition, role of vestibular folds, effect of vocal fold immobility

• Characterization of ventral hernia using non-rigid CT image registration
