nonlinextract
algorithm
- draws a non linear cut through the flame front through the whole domain
- following the gradient of the variable defining the flame front
- and extracts a 1d profile from the 2d field of a user defined variable along the cut
- nonlinextract is intended to prepare nonlincut in order to consider only a user defined part of the cut (for example the part inside the flame front)
- nonlinextract does not plot the cut, the figure below is only for explanation, the plot will be done in nonlincut
